Mindshare Security is the premier centre in the UK for NetPilot technical support. Specalising in both telephone based support and hardware swapouts / repairs, Mindshare enjoys full access to the Equiinet support team in order to action and escilate issues quickly.

In all cases, Mindshare support offerings provide unlimited office hours telephone support, either direct to end users or via resellers own support teams our technicians can diagnose and resolve most issues via remote access to the NetPilot devices. Hardware cover is also included with the majority of service offerings meaning that end users are provided with either a loan or straight replacement box the next working day with their configuration pre-loaded (subject to reseller / end user giving Mindshare permission to hold such a configuration).

Mindshare resellers have the choice of either providing first line support themselves with our team acting as second line, or many choose to provide our details direct to end users and 'contract out' support altogther.

On-Site Installation

Mindshare Security is pleased to offer all our UK resellers a fixed price on site installation service for all the products we supply. No matter the (UK) location of the end user, for a fixed cost (plus travel costs) Mindshare can attend site and spend the day configuration the product as well as client equipment as required.

Extending the economic reach of our resellers engineering capability, Mindshare is often called upon to provide installation services for resellers clients who might be rolling out a VPN UK wide. Our engineering bases in Bristol and Leeds give excellent coverage of the whole of the UK.

Mindshare has also caried out such installations in conjunction with resellers engineers in situation where either a new product is being installed or to simply get a 2 man-day job finished in 1 day and therefore reduce the cost of travelling back.
